2004 Brett House - 2004 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Southern Region Silver Award  - renovation over $200K

In 2003 the Bretts contracted Harraway Building Ltd on the recommendation of their architect to complete extensive alterations and an addition to their partly finished home in Wanaka.
Silver Award

This home went on to take a Silver Award in the 2004 Master Builders House of the Year awards.
